Clark University Campus
At Clark University the campus comprises a whole world due to the diversity of students that enrich both the University and student life. The campus is an intercultural one that can be described as a cornucopia of people, every single one of them coming from a different background, uniting their cultures and traditions into one place.
The diversity is due to Clark’s way of running admissions at the beginning of each academic year. International exchanges and students from the whole world are accepted in the university and are constantly encouraged to provide an enriched experience for both the locals and foreigners, by offering a place of gathering. The campus already boasts over six hundred students that come from other countries all over the globe. Both undergrads and graduates are enrolled at Clark and have access to the many same disciplines as do the local students.
France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Norway, Spain, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine are just some of the European countries where students can apply from. Russia, India, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Hong Kong, Pakistan, Thailand and Japan cover some of the Asian countries. Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Madagascar, Senegal , Cameroon and Ghana cover part of the African countries and from America, students can apply from every country, starting in Canada in the north and ending with Argentina in the south. A total of 92 countries from 6 continents have students enrolled at the University.
Multicultural groups are available for the different international students where they can come together. The campus offers many opportunities for undergraduates and graduates to enrich their cultural and intellectual abilities that include socialization between the many diverse students and participation in many of the University or student organized functions that take place on campus.
There is even a website called the ‘Clark Diaries’ where students can write about their college experiences concerning both academic and free time from which others learn and try to experience on their own.
